Understanding Canadian Workplace & Social Culture

Whether you’re new to Canada or looking to better understand Canadian workplace and social expectations, this interactive workshop explores everyday communication, cultural norms, workplace etiquette, legal rights and responsibilities, mental health awareness, and community safety. Participants will learn practical strategies for navigating workplace and community interactions while building confidence in understanding different perspectives and experiences. Through group discussions and real-life scenarios, participants will have opportunities to reflect, share experiences, and develop skills that support success at work.as the Marketing & Communications Department continues to manage a high volume of requests with limited resources.
