Toronto Newcomer Day

Join us as we welcome newcomers to Toronto.

Now in its 11th year, Toronto Newcomer Day provides a fun way for newcomers to learn how to get set up in their new city while enjoying festivities that showcase Toronto’s diversity. All are welcome and admission is free.

Look for JVS Toronto’s booth for information on all our newcomer employment services and bridge training programs.

Festivities include:

cultural performances
children’s activities
a food fair and marketplace
tours of City Hall
a citizenship ceremony
more than 100 information booths where newcomers can meet representatives from local organizations.
