Alex is the founder and owner of a Toronto-based construction company he started in 2007 with nothing and has grown to a team of over 80 employees. A former military member, he brings discipline, accountability, and a people-first mindset to his leadership and hiring. Over the years, he has learned that the best hires are not always the most experienced, but those who are trustworthy, dependable, self-motivated, and strong team players, and he now uses AI in the hiring process to help surface those qualities at scale.
