Available positions:
- Security Concierge
- Superintendents
- Cleaners (Heavy Duty and Light Duty)
Combined qualifications for all roles:
- Valid Ontario Security License (required).
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and clients (in person and by phone).
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures, including boilers, HVAC, sprinkler systems, generators, and fire panels (experience with condominiums preferred).
- Ability to operate janitorial equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely, with knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods of time.
