Available positions:

• Security Concierge
• Superintendents
• Cleaners (Heavy Duty and Light Duty)

Combined qualifications for all roles:

• Valid Ontario Security License (required).
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and clients (in person and by phone).
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures, including boilers, HVAC, sprinkler systems, generators, and fire panels (experience with condominiums preferred).
• Ability to operate janitorial equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely, with knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods of time.
