• Security Concierge
• Superintendents
• Cleaners (Heavy Duty and Light Duty)

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and clients (in person and by phone)
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures, including boilers, HVAC, sprinkler systems, generators, and fire panels (experience with condominiums preferred)
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods of time
