You are also required to complete two types of training below. For both the AODA and the Health and Safety trainings, there are certificates provided to you upon completion of the modules. Please print off both of these certificates, as well as the Emergency Contact Form below, and bring all three of them with you to your orientation in addition to the other documents required of you as indicated in the email sent to you from HR.

Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act Training
Please follow the link to complete the three following training modules: Customer Service Standard, General Requirements, and Employment Standard.
Health & Safety Training
Non-management staff: Please follow the link to complete Worker Health & Safety Awareness in 4 Steps training.
Management staff: In addition to the Worker Health & Safety Awareness in 4 Steps training, you are also required to complete Supervisor Health & Safety Awareness training. There is a certificate provided to you upon completion of the module. Please print off the certificate and bring it with you to your orientation in addition to the other documents required (you will bring a total of 4 documents).
