Why Become a Volunteer?

  • To help a cause you believe in
  • To gain work or community service experience
  • To be involved in meaningful, challenging work
  • To help others by sharing your knowledge and experience
  • To get involved in your community
  • You must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 hours per week for 3 months and be interested in becoming an active member of the community.
  • We welcome high school, college and university students who need to complete their required community placement hours, to become a member of our family of volunteers.

How to Apply

Volunteer orientations for 2010 will be held at 10am, at our Head Office, 74 Tycos Drive  on the following dates:
 
You do not need to pre-register, simply bring your resume and identification with you.
 
Every potential volunteer must attend an orientation session.
