This program will prepare you for a career in the Customer Service & Call Centre Industry.  Career opportunities include but are not limited to Information Services & Client Registration, Answering Services, Switch Board/ Dispatch, Technical Support & Help Desk and Online & Catalogue Sales.

Services

  • 10- week program, 7 weeks of in class instruction and 3 weeks of work experience

  • Customer Service/Care
  • Sales Techniques
  • Professional Communication Skills
  • Call Centre Fundamentals, Processes and Terminology
  • Telephone Etiquette & Call Simulations

Eligibility

Unemployed and receiving Social Services Benefits
Eligible to work in Canada
Minimum High School Diploma
