The Retail Source
This program provides training in customer service and sales through a combination of in-class instruction and paid placements, allowing individuals to increase self-confidence, meet retail job expectations and gain experience working in team environments.
Services
- Customer service training course focuses on building customer relationships, handling complaints, effective communication skills and sales techniques
- Coaching provided on retail skills which include merchandising and display strategies, inventory control an theft prevention, operating retail equipment and retail math
Eligibility
Aged 16- 30.
Must be out of full-time school or work.
Must have at least Grade 9 English credit and basic level mathematics.
