R.E.A.D.Y. (Real Experience & Access Designed for Youth)
This pre-employment and life skills program is for youth who have experienced and continue to experience barriers to securing employment. This program is targeted to youth aged 18 and over, living in the Lawrence Heights Community.

This program offers employment preparation skills, conversations circles, goal setting, and connection to community resources.
