This confidential service helps unemployed and underemployed Jewish individuals attain employment. Through a web interface www.ParnossahWorksCanada.org and a team of employment professionals, ParnossahWorks connects job seekers and employers to place the right person in the right job.

- Job search and job development
- Employment counselling and support
- Access to labour market information
- Guidance to access skills development training
Services to Employers:
- Posting jobs on the website
- Receiving pre-screened applicants
- Access to wage subsidy programs (government funded JVS Toronto
programs)**
