This program assists persons with mental health, developmental, learning and physical disabilities, injuries or illnesses to transition to employment or self-employment.

  • Paid job placements and job retention support
  • Employer education
  • Business planning

Eligibility

  • Adults with disabilities interested in preparing for and returning to paid work.
  • Must be eligible for Ontario Disability Support Program/Employment Supports (ODSP/ES) or be funded on a fee-for-service basis.

Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services (ODSP/ES), private insurance and individual fee-for-service.
