This centre assists individuals to better understand their learning disabilities/challenges in order to overcome barriers to finding and maintaining meaningful employment.
Services
Generating Opportunities for Learning Disabilities (Project GOLD)
- Initial intake and assessment session
- One-on-one counselling to clarify learning styles/disabilities
- Development of a Return-to-Work Plan
- Employment-related workshops
- Job search support
- Ongoing job coaching and job maintenance support
Eligibility
Learning disabled adults seeking gainful employment.
